Delaño Lambertclare | Executive Chef and Manager
Chef Delaño Lambertclare was born, raised and began his chef training in New Orleans, Louisiana. He worked in numerous French, Asian and Italian restaurants, before he came to Orlando to attend the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. While at the academy, he worked at the Swan and Dolphin at Disney in upscale high volume restaurants and catered many large business conventions.

Chef Delaño came to Meals on Wheels in 2006 because he saw the opportunity to leverage his talents to prepare gourmet quality and nutritious meals for seniors, children and the general public. By 2007, he was the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager. Under Chef Delaño’s leadership Top Hat Catering has continued to grow the daily meal delivery service for Seminole County Florida seniors, schools and daycare’s. In addition Chef Delaño has been instrumental in expanding the commercial catering services for corporate events, weddings, private parties … he even offers small group cooking classesfor those that want to learn to cook like a top chef!
